Characteristics of titanium forgings
Standard: GB / T 16598-1996
American Standard: ASTM b381
Material: TA0, TA1, TA2, TA3 TC4
Delivery status: annealing status (m) hot working status (R) cold working status (y) (annealing, ultrasonic flaw detection)
Packing: packed in cartons or wooden cases
Surface treatment: polishing and chamfering
Surface quality: the surface roughness Ra value of two end faces shall not be greater than 3.2l μ M (subject to meeting the ultrasonic inspection requirements), the surface roughness Ra of the inner and outer sides shall not be greater than 12.5 μ M (RA shall not be greater than 3.2 when ultrasonic flaw detection is required for the outer circumferential surface μ m) The chamfer radius is 5 ~ 15mm.
The product surface shall be free of cracks, folds, double skin and other visible defects. Local surface defects are allowed to be polished. The cleaning depth shall not exceed its dimensional tolerance, and its small allowable size shall be ensured. The ratio of cleaning depth to width shall not be greater than 1:6 on both ends, and 1:10 on the inner and outer sides. The external side shall be polished along the axial direction.
Surface finish: clean, dust-free, better acid resistant service life.
Testing: mechanical properties, chemical composition testing, ultrasonic testing.
